It appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or <br />additions. <br /> <br /> o <br /> <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Include a mailing address for the owner. <br />Show the street Right-of-Way (ROW) width and pavement width for F.M. 79. <br />Show the distance from the center of the road to the property line. <br />Show and label existing and proposed water and sewer lines. <br />Provide tree elevations instead of assumed elevations (contours). <br />Revise the lot description to show Block A for Lots 1 - 10. <br />Provide a full width utility easement across the private road ROW. <br />Label the preliminary plat with current zoning. <br />Provide a 10-foot utility easement along the F.M. 79 ROW. <br />Add the following note to the preliminary plat "All lots will have water and sewer <br />services installed by the developer." <br />Show the nearest fire hydrants along F.M. 79. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />CC: <br /> <br />Michael E.
