MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and ~oning Commission <br /> <br />Shawn Napier,/~A <br />City Engineer_~/j I <br /> <br />October 30, 2003 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat of Essary Addition <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Pads subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or <br />additions. <br /> <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />10. <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Include a mailing address for the owner. <br />Revise the name of the preliminary plat to Essary Addition. <br />Show the street Right-of-Way (ROW) width and pavement width for Plum Street <br />and Graham Street. Show the distance from the center of each road to the <br />property line. <br />Show the water and sewer lines in Plum Street and Graham Street. <br />Provide a contour map of the preliminary plat. <br />Revise the lot description to show Block A, Lots 1 ~ 3. <br />Show building lines and setbacks. <br />Show existing zoning on the preliminary plat. <br />Add the following note "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purposes Only." <br />Add the signature block for the Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br />Add the following note to the preliminary plat "All lots will have water and sewer <br />services installed by the developer." <br />Show the nearest fire hydrants on Plum Street and Graham Street with <br />dimensions. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />CC: <br /> <br />Michael E.
