Regular City Council Meeting <br />September 8, 2003 <br />Page 23 <br /> <br />motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2003-151, appointing a Municipal Judge; making other findings <br />and provision related to the subject, was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Weekly, for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2003-152, appointing a member of the Library Advisory Board <br />to serve the unexpired term of Kevin Gray, which expires June 30, 2004, was <br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Guest, seconded by <br />Councilwoman Neeley, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2003-153, authorizing the City Manager or his designee to <br />execute an electric supply agreement pursuant to the contract to be signed by <br />Cities Aggregation Power Project, Inc., for deliveries of electricity effective <br />January 1, 2004; authorizing eligible designees to include the Chairman of <br />CAPP, was presented. A motion was made by Councilwoman Neeley, seconded <br />by Mayor Pro Tem, McCarthy, for approval of the resolution. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />There being no further business, a motion was made by Councilman Guest, <br />seconded by Councilwoman Neeley, to adjourn the meeting.
