MS. WH/TAKER PLANS TO ADD A BEAUTY <br />SHOP IN THE BACKYARD TO DO ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME. THIS IS <br />A SINGLE FAMII,y NEIGHBORHOOD AND THERE IS NOTHING ELSE <br />OF THIS NATURE IN THE SUBDMSION. MS. WHITAKER SAYS SHE <br />WILL DO ONLY ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME AND NO ADDITIONAL <br />PARKING WILL BE NEEDED. IF THERE IS NO OPPOSITION TO THIS <br />MATTER YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER THAT THE ZONING WILL <br />REMAIN WITH TI[IS RESIDENCE AND COULD BE USED FOR OTHER <br />USES IN THE FUTURE, <br /> <br />DONNA SWINDLE IS REQUESTING NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE <br />ZONING ON THIS LOT LOCATED AT 1730 N.E. 10TM. THERE IS A GROCERY <br />STORE AND ANOTHER BEAUTY SHOP IN THE AREA AND I WOULD <br />RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THIS PETITION. <br /> <br />PAUL VINSON IS REQUESTING SITE PLAN APPROVAL ON TH/S LOT <br />LOCATED IN THE 2900 BLOCK OF PINE MIlL ROAD. MR. VINSON <br />PLANS TO BUILD A GROUP HOME ON THIS LOT AND IT APPEARS HE <br />HAS MET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />ZONING I WOULD RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN. <br /> <br /> <br />
