DRAFT <br />F:\Attorney\ALICE\ORDWORK\CiJRRENT\Site Plan Ord - Lot 14E CiTy Blk 249 Red River Bus Parkwpd <br />January 9, 2004 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT- MEDICAL CENTER AND HOSPITAL (PD-d) <br />AND OFFICE CENTER (PD-f), PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THE <br />ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-038, FOR LOT 14-E, CITY <br />BLOCK 249, RED RIVER BUSINESS PARK; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS <br />AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; <br />AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted <br />Ordinance No. 2000-038, on August 14, 2000, establishing a Planned Development District- <br />Medical Center and Hospital (PD-d) and Office Center (PD-f) on Lot 14-E, City Block 249, Red <br />River Business Park, as described in the aforesaid ordinance; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the site plan for said Planned <br />Development District as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br />Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 14-E, City Block 249, <br />Red River Business Park, located in the 2900 block of Pine Mill Road, attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br />Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only. <br />Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective on February 1, 2004. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 2004. <br />Curtis Fendley, Mayor <br />
