4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Joanie Blalock for a <br />change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Single Family Dwelling District <br />No. 2 (SF -2) on Lot 1, Block A, Blalock Addition, being located in the 5000 Block of Old <br />Clarksville Road. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br />B. No one spoke in opposition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by James Price, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the petition. <br />Motion carried 6 -0. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Office Equipment <br />Center Addition CB -103, located at 1010 Lamar Avenue. <br />Shawn Napier reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />Keith Flowers, seconded by John Lee to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the City <br />Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />6 Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Office Equipment Center <br />Addition CB -103, located at 1010 Lamar Avenue. <br />Shawn Napier reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by John Lee, <br />seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the final plat, subject to the City Engineer's <br />recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, 2 & 3, Block A, Walnut Creek <br />Business Park 266 Addition, located in the 1900 Block off .E. Loop 286 <br />Shawn Napier stated the property owner has withdrawn the preliminary plat. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, 2 & 3, Block A, Walnut Creek <br />Business Park 266 Addition, located in the 1900 Block off. E.
