He <br />specializes in water and wastewater treatment, biosolids dewatering and <br />management and hydraulic evaluations of treatment systems. As project director, <br />Mr. Musallam will facilitate the fulfillment of the project objectives and coordinate <br />all communication between FNI <br />8tld th2 Clty Of Pdl'IS. - Hisham (Hutch) Musallam P E <br />Ms. Tina E. Hanson, P.E., has taken an active role in the management of all of FNI's <br />VAs. She is an experienced project manager and water engineer and has managed <br />or been involved in each of FNI's water system VA projects. Prior to joining FNI, <br />Ms. Hanson conducted a VA for one of the state's largest water treatment facilities. <br />She has overseen the day-to-day technical, communication, schedule, budget and <br />contractual elements of these projects. Ms. Hanson has ensured that the VAs were <br />executed in an efficient and <br />successful manner. , Tina E. Hanson, P.E. <br />freese and Nichols, Inc. <br />Ms. Hanson serves as project 4055 International Plaza, <br />manager for the firm's water and suite 200 <br />wastewater engineering group. In Fort worth, Texas 76109 <br />this role, she routinely provides (817) 735-7349 (direct line) <br />conceptual, preliminary and final (81) 735-7300 (main line) <br />design for water and wastewater <br />projects throughout Texas. Her <br />background includes 17 years of environmental and civil engineering including VAs <br />and ERPs. She provides training, environmental assessments, feasibility studies, <br />remedial action plans, municipal solid waste, water and wastewater treatment <br />permitting, process evaluation, plant design, plant operation and maintenance, <br />sludge handling and disposal facilities industrial wastewater treatment facilities, and <br />construction management services. <br />Ms. Hanson and Mr. Musallam have successfully completed training in Risk <br />Assessment Methodology for water utilities and are RAM-W certified. Sandia <br />National Laboratories and AWWA Research Foundation developed the training. <br />Additional team members include Mr. Michael G, Morrison, P.E.; Mr. Russell <br />Redder, P.E.; Mr. Timothy E.
