Failures of system components were analyzed for the impact on the City's ability to deliver treated water to the system. Prepared chemical release prevention programs including hazard reviews, off-site consequence analyses and detailed computer modeling of chemical release scenarios, emergency planning, and process safety; and submitted Risk Management Plans for facility compliance for chemical systems.
