It appears that the replat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or <br />additions. <br /> <br /> 1. Show the adjacent subdivisions and/or City Blocks and lots. <br /> 2. Make the 10-foot draina~ ~lll~I~ Oil [h~ ~YcJ[, I~OI'[h ~]nlJ ~[ ~l~tt~es a <br /> 1 O-foot drainage and utility easement. <br /> 3. Add a 1 O-foot utility easement on the common line of lot 10, block A and lot 10, <br /> block C (five-feet on both sides of the lot line). <br /> 4. The following lots shall be zoned multifamily; lot 8 of Block A, lot 7 and 8 of <br /> Block B and lot 8 of Block C. <br /> 5. Change the North set back line on lot 6 and 7 from 25-feet to 1 O-feet. <br /> 6. The section of sewer in 24th St. N.E. has not been accepted. A Guarantee of <br /> Construction shall be completed in the amount of $6,000.00 per Ordinance No. <br /> 1315 Section X/II. Guarantee of Construction. This section is scheduled to be <br /> tested again February 12th, 2004; if it passes no guarantee will be required and the <br /> final plat can be filed. <br /> 7. Submit a set of record drawings for the subdivisions infrastructure. <br /> 8. The owner must sign the f'mal plat prior to it being filed for record. <br /> 9. Provide a certificate that all taxes and fees have been paid from the Lamar County <br /> Appraisal District <br /> 10. Pay filling fees in the amount of $30.00 (cashiers check or money order) made <br /> payable to Lamar County Clerk. <br /> 11. Four street sign assemblies will be needed the cost is $520.00 ($130.00 each) <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />Michael E.
