It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the Cit,/of Paris subdivi~igll l'~glllaLi0ii§ with thc following <br />exception. <br /> <br />1. Provide a mailing address for the owners. <br />2. Sign and date the surveyor's seal. <br />3. Remove the word 'ROW' from the five-foot utility easement to be dedicated along <br /> Austin and 13th S.W. Streets. <br />4. ~d~ [[lock AI to att tots. <br />5. Change RE-PLAT to Preliminary Plat in the lower left comer. <br />6. Curb and gutter shall be constructed along 13th St. S.W. <br />7. Label all the adjacent property owners. <br />8.
