It appears that the plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or
additions.

Provide a mailing address and contact person for the owner.

dedicate that portion of Right-of-Way (ROW). Label the ROW width for Medical
Drive.
A 15-foot utility easement is required for the water line, fire hydrant and service
lines and shall be done by separate instrument easement.
The utilities have requested a 10-foot easement on lot 1 adjacent to the proposed
and future Medical Drive.
A fire hydrant will be required next to a fire lane or a fire lane will be needed next
to the existing fire hydrant.

I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.

cc;

Michael E.
