It appears that the <br />preliminary plat comphes with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />1. This property had never been platted, therefore it will need to be a preliminary plat <br /> instead of a re-plat. <br />2. Provide contours on the preliminary plat. <br />3. Change the lot numbers to lot 1 and 2, Block A of the Cadillac Place Addition - CB 248. <br />4. Show the current zoning. <br />I. ,[~ ~ae ~ollow!ng note to tie plat "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purpose Only." <br />6. Change the signature block for the chairman of the planning and zoning commission to <br /> read as follows "Approved for Preparation of Final Plat." <br />7.
