MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Shawn Nap~. <br />City Enginee~L,~ ~ <br />January 30, 2004 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat for Cadillac Place Addition - CB 248 <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br /> 1. This property had never been platted, therefore it will need to be a preliminary plat <br /> instead 0fa re-plat. <br />2. Provide contours on the preliminary plat. <br />3. Change the lot numbers to lot 1 and 2, Block A of the Cadillac Place Addition - CB 248. <br />4. Show the current zoning. <br />5. Add the following note to the plat "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purpose Only." <br />6. Change the signature block for the chairman of the planning and zoning commission to <br /> read as follows "Approved for Preparation of Final Plat." <br />7. Add the following note to the plat "All lots to have water and sewer service installed by <br /> the developer." <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />Michael E.
