It appears that the replat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or <br />additions. <br /> <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />10. <br />11. <br />12. <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br /> grow the adjacent property own~s. <br /> Name the street between 33rd St. N.E. and North Hills Drive. <br /> In the third paragraph of the field notes change Northerly to Northwesterly. <br /> In the seventh and eighth paragraph of the field notes change Darnell Drive to 33Td <br /> St. N.E. <br />Provide curve information (in a table) on Right-of-Way (ROW) line parallel to C1 <br />of 33ra St. N.E. <br />Add a 10-foot utility easement between lots 15 and 16 of block E. <br />Add a five-foot utility easement on lot 23, block B adjacent to the 100-foot TXU <br />easement. <br />Add a five-foot utility easement on the front (adjacent to ROW) of lots 3 and 4 of <br />block K. <br />Add a five-foot utility easement on the side of lot 11 and 20 of block E, lot 21 of <br />block B and lot 13 of block F. <br />Label the most westerly point in the subdivision (i.e.I.P.F.). <br />Submit a set of record drawings for the subdivisions infrastructure. <br />The owner must sign the final plat prior to it being filed for record. <br />Provide a certificate that all taxes and fees have been paid from the Lamar County <br />Appraisal District <br />Pay filling fee~ in the mount of $30.00 (cashiers check or money order) lllad~ <br />payable to Lamar County Clerk. <br />Four street sign assemblies will be needed the cost is $520.00 ($130.00 each) <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />CC~ <br /> <br />Michael E.
