MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />Shawn NapieI~SX <br />City Engineer '~ <br /> <br />January 29, 2004 <br /> <br />Saint Paul Baptist Church Addition (City Block 59) Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Pads subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />I. Provide a mailing address t~or the owners. <br />2. Add City Block 59 to the title of the plat (i.e. Saint Paul Baptist Church Addition - City <br /> Block 59). <br />3. Show the Right-of-Way (ROW) width on all adjacent streets. <br />4. Curb and gutter shall be constructed along Booth St. and 3~ St. N.W. (portions of the <br /> curb and gutter are in place). <br />5. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris for review. <br />6. Label the subdivision as Lot 1, Block 1. <br />7.
