MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />Shawn Napi~, ~. <br />City Engineer/~\ ~ <br /> <br />January 29, 2004 <br /> <br />House Addition (City Block 218-A) Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />1. Provide a mailing address for the owners. <br />2. Sign and date the surveyor's seal. <br />3. Remove the word 'ROW' fi.om the five-foot utility easement to be dedicated along <br /> Austin and 13th S.W. Streets. <br />4. Add 'block A' to all lots. <br />5. Change RE-PLAT to Preliminary Plat in the lower left comer. <br />6. Curb and gutter shall be constructed along 13th St. S.W. <br />7. Label all the adjacent property owners. <br />8. Include the following note on the preliminary plat 'All lots will have water and sewer <br /> service installed by the developer.' <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />CC: <br /> <br />Michael E.
