It appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Pads subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or <br />additions. <br /> <br />Provide a mailing address and contact person for the owner. <br />Extend Medical Drive construction to the end of the median curb and gutter and <br />dedicate that portion of Right-of-Way (ROW). Label the ROW width for Medical <br />Drive. <br />A 15-foot utility easement is required for the water line, fire hydrant and service <br />lines and shall be done by separate instrument easement. <br />The utilltles have requested a 10-foot easement on lot 1 adjacent to the proposed <br />and future Medical Drive. <br />A fire hydrant will be required next to a fire lane or a fire lane will be needed next <br />to the existing fire hydrant. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc; <br /> <br />Michael E.
