MINUTES <br />TRAFFIC COMMISSION <br />City of Paris <br /> <br />The Traffic Commission met in regular session, Tuesday, February 3, 2004, <br />at 5:15 P.M. in the municipal court room with the following members <br />present: <br /> <br />1. Ed Ellis 4. Mary Lane <br />2. Rickey Mackey 5. Ed Seidle <br />3. George Kimbrough 6. Jon McFadden <br /> <br />The city staff was represented by Assistant Chief of Police James Barnett. <br /> <br />There being no chairman or co-chairman present the meeting was conducted <br />by Assistant Chief Barnett by unanimous consent of members present. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the August 5, 2003, meeting were adopted as submitted. <br /> <br />The first item of business was a request for Stop Signs on Silverleaf at <br />Aspen Drive, stopping North and South bound traffic on Silverleaf at Aspen <br />Drive. <br /> <br />After learning that this request came from Eric Clifford on behalf of <br />residents in the area and was recommended by the city staff, Rickey Mackey <br />made a motion that the signs be placed as requested. Ed Ellis seconded and <br />the motion carried 6 ayes to 0 nays. <br /> <br />Their being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 5:25 P.M. <br /> <br />James Barnett <br />Assistant Chief of Police <br /> <br /> <br />
