approach. Jerry will contact Charley Kettler with FAA in Ft. Worth to <br />get us more information. There is an application that has to be <br />complete. The only cost that Jerry thinks we may have to pay is <br />additional lighting on the 17-35 runway. He will give us more <br />information by next meeting. <br />5. A discussion was held regarding the meeting held on November 6, <br />2003 with Vic Ressler, Andrew Fasken, Larry Schenk and Tommy <br />Haynes regarding our current private hangar policy. Mr. Haynes <br />secured a model lease from TxDOT Aviation and passed it out to <br />members present. There was a difference of opinion as when the <br />ownership of the private hangar passed to the City. The insurance, <br />taxes, and land lease are the main issues. The Board requested that <br />Larry Schenk review the current policy to see when the ownership of <br />the private hangar becomes the ownership of the City. David Jones <br />expressed interest in building a private hangar but not with the current <br />policy. Mr. Jones stated that he would put in writing what he would <br />do. The Board requested that Mr. Haynes ask for an answer on the <br />ownership of private hangars. <br />6. The Board requested that items 3, 4, and 5 be put on next months <br />agenda. <br />7.
