MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND <br /> ZONING COMMISSION <br /> FEBRUARY 9, 2004 <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission met Monday, February 9, 2004, 5:00 <br />P.M., Paris Junior College, Bobby 1~. Walters Applied Technology l~ulldlng, <br />Room 1206, 2400 Clarksville Street, Paris, Texas with the following members <br />present: <br /> <br />1. Reeves Hayter <br />2. Barbara Forrest <br /> <br />3. Brad Archer <br /> <br />4. Carl Lucas <br />5. Marshall Kent <br /> <br />6. Bobby Myers <br /> <br />Steve Metheven, the Building Official was also present. <br />The meeting was called to order by Reeves Hayter. <br /> <br />Waiver request for curb and gutter, Joe Chamy, Paris Retirement <br />Village, 1400 W. Washington Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the variance request on curb and gutter <br />by Brad Archer seconded by Carl Lucas. Motion carried by a vote of <br />6 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Replat, Lots 1 and 2, Simpson Place <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the replat by Brad Archer seconded by <br />Carl Lucas, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated January 29, <br />2004. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 1 nay. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Replat, Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, City <br />Block 248, being the 1800 Block Clarksville Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the replat by Bobby Myers seconded by <br />Carl Lucas, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated January 30, <br />2004. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br /> <br />
