April 12, 2004 <br />Page 4 <br />(FEMA) to purchase equipment and services to establish a wellness <br />and fitness program for firefighters. <br />L.Appointing a member to the Paris-Lamar County Board of Health. <br />M.Appointing members to the Board of Adjustment. <br />N.Approving change orders and final payments where indicated for <br />various contractors on the Sports Complex as follows: <br />(1)Hilliard & Sons - Softball field construction including grading, <br />grassing, irrigation, and infield construction. <br />(2)Richard Drake Construction - Softball field fencing including <br />chain link fencing, backstop and dugouts. <br />(3)Hargis Electric - Electrical including electrical distribution <br />system, softball field lighting and miscellaneous electrical. <br />(4)Richard Drake Construction - Sports Pavilion including metal <br />building, concrete slab, electrical and masonry. <br />(5)Hilliard & Sons - Concrete flatwork and park amenities including <br />concrete trail, drain pipes, concrete flatwork, picnic stations and <br />playground. <br />O.Establishing a policy regulating reimbursable expenses incurred on <br />behalf of City Council Members and Senior Staff Members for <br />attendance at events within the City Limits of the City of Paris. <br />6.Further review of report of City Council Benefits Subcommittee and <br />discussion of and possible direction to staff regarding revisions to benefits. <br />7.Discuss and consider possible action on the following: car allowances, eating <br />out (use of credit card inside Lamar County), per diem, and requirements for <br />mileage reports. <br />8.Discuss search firm proposals and consider possible action regarding the <br />City Manager selection process. <br /> <br />
