DRAFT F:\Attorney\ALICE\RESWORK\CURRENT\Policy for Reimbursable Expenses - City Council Res.wpd April 7, 2004 RESOLUTION NO. _______________ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A POLICY REGULATING REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES INCURRED ON BEHALF OF CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS AND SENIOR STAFF MEMBERS FOR ATTENDANCE AT EVENTS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it appropriate to establish a policy designating those events occurring within the city limits of the City of Paris, Texas, for which Council NOW, THEREFORE, Members will be eligible for reimbursement by the City of Paris; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble of this resolution are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That from and after the date of the adoption of this resolution, attendance by members of the City Council of the City of Paris and by City Staff Members of the rank of Director or above at the following events occurring in Lamar County shall be eligible for reimbursement by the City of Paris: (1)_________________________________________________________________.
