<br />MINUTES <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />COX FIELD AIRPORT TERMINAL <br />MEETING ROOM <br />TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24,2004 <br />6:00 O'CLOCK P.M. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Airport Advisory Board Meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Vic <br />Ressler at 6:05 P.M. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Victor Abeles <br />Vic Ressler <br />Don Morrell <br />J.B. Richey <br />Andrew Fasken <br />James Proctor <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The following members were absent: <br />None <br /> <br />Also present were Tommy Haynes, Airport Director; Jim Collier, Airport Manager; <br />and Larry W. Schenk, City Attorney. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The minutes of the December 16, 2003, were approved as prepared. Andy <br />Fasken moved to approve and Don Morrell seconded the motion. The vote to <br />approve was unanimous. <br /> <br />The status of repair of the rubber boot on hangars B-7 and B-9 was given by <br />Victor Abeles. The project has been completed by Pete Miller and a bill has <br />been submitted to the City for payment. Mr. Abeles was thanked by everyone <br />for getting this job done. <br /> <br />Jerry Richey was not present to give a report on the GPS approval. J.B. <br />Richey reported that this was no change on this project at this time. Jerry will <br />give the report at the next meeting. <br /> <br />A long discussion was held regarding the private hangar policy. There <br />were three items in the policy that the Board brought up for discussion. (1) <br />The insurance of the building; (2) when the ownership of the hangar becomes <br />the City (3) the ground lease that is being charged for a private hangar. The <br />current policy calls for the builder of the private hangar to pay insurance on <br />
