It should be noted that various phases of this project are labor intensive and are open to negoriation if the City desires to assume a more or less acrive role than stated in this proposal. However, this proposal as currently submitted will meet the enrire execurive search needs of the City and is based on a not-to-exceed fee schedule. We propose to deliver a turnkey execurive search program to the City based on the fees and project methodology quoted in this work plan. Addirionally, we have provided our pricing structure by line item should the City require to utilize our services by key project phases. The Waters Consul ring Group, Inc. (WCG) is a management eonsutring firm specializing in comprehensive compensarion studies, execurive search, performance management and general human resources consulting. WCG has conducted narionwide search engagements for a number of ciries and for mulriple execurive positions including but not limited to City Manager, City Administrator, Fire Chief, Police Chief, Economic Development Director, and Public works Director, As a Certified Management Consultant (CMq. it is my duty to ensure that our firm adheres to and abides by the ethical standards set forth by the Insritute of Management Consultants. In addirion, our Director of Execurive searcb, Mr. Chris Hartung, is a long-rime member of the Intemarional City and County Management Association (IC!vIA) and the Texas City Managers Associarion (TCMA), His commitment to both organizarions is carried over to our tirm in that the ethicaJ standards and codes for each are pracriced and promoted daily in our execurive search pracrices.
