PLAN <br /> <br />IN DEVELOPING THE EXECUTIVE SEARCH WORK PLAN, \,\'E WILL <br />TAILOR OUR APPROACH TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES UNIQUE TO THE <br />CITY OF PARIS'S WORKING ENVIRONMENT <br />AS WELL AS TIMELINE. <br /> <br />.------.--- <br /> <br />STRATEGIC PLANNING <br /> <br />WCG emphasizes the importance of custom-designing projects to meet our client's specific <br /> <br />needs, In executing the executive search assignment for the City of Paris, we wi\1 tailor our <br />approach to address the issues unique to the City's working environment. <br /> <br />On every project we assign a Senior Project Consultant and carefully choose a team of <br />professionals to carry out the assignments in an effective and efficient manner. WCG's <br /> <br />Senior Project Consultant will interface with the designated Project Director to determine <br />rhe scope of the project, the project schedule and budget, and the resources needed to <br /> <br />successfully complete it. <br /> <br />The following schedule is provided as a general timetable. Normally assignments of this <br />nature are completed within a 100 to 140 day period. An exact project schedlùe will be <br /> <br />determined after consultation with the City and may be adjusted as necessary to meet the <br />timeline of the City. <br /> <br />TIle complete Senior Project Team includes Chris Hartung, Charlie Shapard, Ruth Ann <br /> <br /> <br />Edwards Eledge, and Stacy Layton. (Other members may be added with the approval of the <br /> <br />City of Paris.)
