<br />DONNA R. PARKER
<br />Senior Consultant
<br />
<br />Donna Parker is Senior Consultant with WCG, recently joining the firm as program manager
<br />of private sector client relations & development for the SurveyNavigatorTM comprehensive
<br />compensation studies and analysis.
<br />
<br />Donna has over 30 years experience in executive and organizational management in the
<br />Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area involving the North Texas Commission and the Fort Worth
<br />Chamber of Commerce (D/FW, TX - economic and infrastmcture development/
<br />improvement); The Whitney Smith Company (Fort Worth, TX - executive search/
<br />management consulting); and the Bank of America (Fort Worth, TX - banking, finance and
<br />marketing,)
<br />
<br />She has served in workforce development consulting roles with the U.S. Department of
<br />Labor and the U,S, Department of Education in Washington D.C; conducted workshops at
<br />Cornell University (NY), for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the American Chamber
<br />of Commerce Executives, She is a founder of the Automation and Robotics Research
<br />Institute (University of Texas-Arlington-Fort Worth campns) and founder of the successful,
<br />award-winning program, "C3 - Corporations, Classrooms & Communities", a private/public
<br />partnership for education enhancement.
<br />
<br />Donna has served two gubernatorial appointments with the State of Texas: The Texas
<br />Defense Economic Adjustment Advisory Council and the Texas Turnpike Authority. She is
<br />currently vice chainnan of the North Texas Tollway Authority.

<br />('I'À)'s Most Influential Women and received the City of Fort Worth's award for the
<br />Outstanding Woman in the Workplace. Tn 2002, Donna received national recognition as
<br />one of the United States Most Influential Women in Transportation.
