We have <br />conducted over 200 executive searches in the last three years, including 87 searches for City <br />Managers in such communities as: Wylie, TX; Plain view, TX; Boulder, Colorado; College Park, <br />GA; Daytona Beach, FL; Flint, MI; Northglenn, CO. We have recently completed other searches <br />in Texas including Director of Aviation for the City of Lubbock, TX, Director of Community <br />Development for the City of Mesquite, TX and Police Chief for the City of Bryan, TX. <br /> <br />We are very experienced in City Manager searches, in all size communities. Because we are <br />doing or have recently completed similar searches, we can also move quickly to meet your <br />needs. Further, we will be working out of our Dallas office. This allows us to bring total <br />objectivity to searches such as the one the City of Paris is contemplating and it will allow us to <br />keep expenses to a minimum. We currently have sufficient staff and time in the Dallas office to <br />meet all of the requirements of the City of Paris <br /> <br />Our Approach <br /> <br />After reviewing written materials provided by the City and meeting with you and others of your <br />choice to determine their objectives relative to the search, we would conduct the following steps: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Analyze of the position and draft a Position Profile. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Recruit for the position on a regional and national basis. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Invite potential candidates to apply who meet the criteria established by the client. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Review and screen applications. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Conduct interviews and background checks of selected candidates. <br />
