Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />436 W.Provine Street, Lot 11, City Block 99 <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br /> <br />Patrick Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civiJ penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time pcriod, the City will demolish the <br />building. Greg \Vi1son seconded the motion.
