It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />1. Provide an address and phone number for the Owner. <br />2. Provide a preliminary drainage plan per the Preliminary Plat Review Checklist. <br />3. Show all of the existing utilities, including the water and sewer lines just recently <br />installed. <br />4. Revise the lot numbers to Block A, Lots 1-4. <br />5. Remove the proposed culverts and entrances ITom the plat. They will need to be <br />approved when construction plans are submitted. <br />6. Provide utility easements for the water and sewer lines. <br />7. Show the current zoning. <br />8. Show existing fire hydrants. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Terry Townsend, Interim City Manager <br />Larry W.
