SPECIFICATIONS 1. This bid requires the following documentation: a. A copy of the valid Federal Firearms Dealer's License the person possesses, along with the current address of the business. b. A copy of a valid states drivers license possessed by the person holding the valid Federal Fireanns Dealer's License. 2. The bid price will be for the complete lot of firearms and knives. No firearms or knives will be sold seaaratelv. 3. The firearms and knives can be viewed on Sunday, May 16, 2004, between 1:00 pm. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, May 22, 2004, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the Paris Police Department Municipal Court Room located at 811 Bonham Street in Paris, Texas. A valid Federal Fireanns Dealer's License and state's valid driver's license must be presented to view the fireanns and knives. 4. Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 8, 2004, at which tune all bids received will be publicly opened, read aloud, tabulated, and forwazded to the city manager. All bids will then be referred to the City Council for consideration at the meeting on Monday, June 14, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. 5. All bids must be submitted on City of Paris Bid Forms. 6. Payment will be made by cashier's check made out to the RCSAP - City of Pazis. 7. The firearms and knives will be picked up at a time and place agreed to after the bid has been selected.
