Call meeting to order— Stephen Grubbs, Chair <br />2. Discuss and possibly take action on Paris EDC Board members (including Ex- <br />Officio members and Staff) to execute a non - disclosure /confidentiality agreement <br />pertaining to any and all information obtained in Executive Session discussion. <br />3. Convene into Executive Session: <br />a) Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and <br />deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property. <br />b) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or <br />deliberate: 1) commercial or financial information that the governmental body <br />has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have <br />locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and <br />with which the governmental body is conducting economic development <br />negotiations; or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a <br />business prospect. <br />4. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in <br />Executive Session. <br />5. Approval of minutes from the July 15, 2014 re- scheduled monthly meeting, called <br />meetings of July 21, 2014 and August 5, 2014 <br />6. Approval of [July 2014] financials <br />7. Interim Executive Director's Report: <br />• Employers and Educators meetings that was held on July 29, 2014 <br />• Status of appraisal on lots located on S. Church Street <br />
