I like Barbara's idea about the marquis being on the lower portion of your primary sign; PaLti had some good thoughts ahout tying to the building, not that the railroad ties don't; I am really concerned about the railroad crossing sign whieh potentially could be somewhere else on the property without any problem but not knowing what TxDot might approve and sinee that is part of the application I would like to move that this be tabled until the next meeting and then we could get the answer from TxDot , work with your designer and then come baek perhaps with another option.
