We have filed a lawsuit on behalf of <br />the Brown's. It is a class action lawsuit and we would request that you table this <br />matter until the lawsuit that is pending is settled or decided by a court. <br /> <br />Starrett: I call for a motion to table. <br /> <br />Denney: I make that motion. <br /> <br />Starrett: Second please. <br /> <br />\Voman: Second <br /> <br />Starrett: All in favor say AYE.
