DEED OF ABANDONMENT STATE OF TEXAS } } KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LAMAR } That the City of Paris, Paris, Texas a municipal corporation of the County of Lamar, State of Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, duly authorized by Resolution No. 2004- , for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable consideration, in cash, to it in hand paid by George Fisher the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged; has Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents does Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said George Fisher of the County of Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing address is Route 13, Box 174, Paris, Texas 75462, the City of Paris' interest in a11 that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the City Block 255-A (formerly known as the L. Townsend Addition), and being a portion of an abandoned thirty (30) foot wide street right-of-way known as 27' Street N. E. from the South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street going South approximately 150.5 feet to the North Boundary Line of Lot 10, City Block 255-A, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point for corner in the North Boundary Line of Lot 10, City Block 255-A, also being the Southwest corner of Lot 12, City Block 255-A; THENCE West along the North Boundary Line of said Lot 10, a distance of 15 feet to a point for corner being the Centerline of said 27r' St. N. E. street right-of-way; THENCE North along said Centerline a distance of 150.5 feet to a point for corner in the South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street; THENCE East along said South Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street, a distance of 15 feet to a point for corner in the West Boundary
