Special City Council Meeting <br />May 24, 2004 <br />Page 11 <br />Resolution No. 2004-095, approving plans and specifications for the <br />construction of Lamar Avenue Utility Replacement Proj ect from 20th Street <br />N.E. (F.M. 195) Collegiate Drive and authorizing the advertisement for bids for <br />said construction was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, <br />seconded by Councilman Guest, for approval of the resolution. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Fendley announced that the next item on the agenda was a resolution <br />approving an agreement with Wollack Testing Service for the use of entry level <br />examination for police and firefighter personnel pursuant to the Civil Service <br />Act, and this item had been tabled at the last meeting. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Guest, seconded by Councilman Poston to bring this item from the <br />table. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A resolution approving an agreement with Wollack Testing Service for the use <br />of entry level examinations for police and firefighter personnel pursuant to the <br />Civil Service Act, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Guest, <br />seconded by Councilman Wilson to disapprove the resolution.
