MK. <br />AUBREY PLANS TO PLACE A MOBILE HOME ON TI-IlS LOT TO REPLACE THE HOME <br />THAT IS THERE NOW. THE OLD-I=IOME PLACE IS IN DISREPAn{ AND THEY WISH TO <br />LIVE IN A MOBILE HOME RATHER THAN SPEND THE'MONEY TO FIX UP THE OLD <br />HOUSE. THE OLD HOME WILL BE TORN DOWN BEFORE THE MOBILE HOME IS <br />PLACED ON THE LOT. THERE ARE NUMEROUS MOBILE HOMES IN THE AREA <br />THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN THROUGH TIlE.PLANNING AND ZONING <br />COMMISSION AND WERE APPROVED. I WOULD RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF TillS <br />PETITION AS IT FITS THE SURROUNDING AREA. <br /> <br />DON WILSON IS SEEKING COMMI{RCtAL ZONING ON THIS PROPERTY LOCATED <br />ON LOTS 2 & 2A CITY BLOCK 266 IN THE 1800 BLOCK OF LOOP 286 N.E. MR. <br />WILSON PLANS TO BUILD A COMMERC/AI_, SUBDIVISION THERE AND THE <br />PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY ZONED SINGLE FAMILY 2 WITH ALL SURROUNDING <br />PROPERTY BEING ZONED COMMERCIAL. THIS PROPERTY IS UNUSEABLE AS <br />SINGLE FAMILY AND I W. OULD RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE PETITION. <br /> <br /> <br />
