MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> Planning and Zol~ing Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, ~//~d <br /> City Enginee~,f/t [ <br /> <br />DATE: June 2, 2004 <br />SUBJECT: Revised Master Plat for Stone Ridge <br /> <br />I have reviewed the revised master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />revised master plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br /> 1. Revise the drainage plan to include proposed structure types and size. <br /> 2. Show where the off-site drainage is going. <br /> 3. Revise drainage area A-15. <br /> 4. Future development will require storm sewers to prevent the street from reaching <br /> capacity. Revise the drainage plan to prevent water from flowing over the street curbs. <br /> 5. Resubmit the revised master plat on 24"x 36" size paper and at a 1" = 30' or 40' scale. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the revised master plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Terry Townsend, Interim City Manager <br /> Larry W.
