Publish dates: March 21, 2004 <br /> March 28, 2004 <br /> <br /> LEGAL NOTICE <br /> <br />The City of Paris will receive sealed bids at the Office of the City Manager, City of <br />Paris, P.O. Box 9037, Paris, Texas 75461-9037 for furnishing and servicing <br />UNIFORMS for use by various City Departments. <br /> <br />Bids will be received until 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 6, 2004, at which time all bids <br />received will be opened, read aloud, tabulated and referred to the City Manager. Bids <br />will then be referred to the City Council for consideration. <br /> <br />Information, specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Office of the City <br />Manager, City Hall, Paris, Texas 75461-9037. <br /> <br />Those submitting bids are notified of city exemption from otherwise applicable sales <br />and excise taxes. <br /> <br />The City of Paris reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality <br />in bidding, and to award bids as may be advantageous to the City. <br /> <br />Mattie Cunningham, <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
