A pay schedule(s) and recommended <br /> allocation of jobs to salary ranges will then be prepared by WCG. <br /> <br /> We will develop a plan for the implementation of our recommended <br /> compensation plan. Our recommendations will include the cost of <br /> impIementation and the financial effect on employees as well as the City of <br /> Paris. The City will be provided with extensive data on each employee to <br /> indicate the employee's current salary, the exact position of each employee in <br /> the proposed range, the relationship of the employee's salary to the midpoint <br /> of the range, and whether the employee is below the minimum of the range or <br /> above the maximum of the range. <br /> <br /> The City of Paris The proposed salary structure(s) will be presented to the City's project <br /> coordinator. We will work closely with the project coordinator(s) to <br /> will review the <br /> facilitate their review of the results. Incorporating their comments, we will <br /> proposed structure adjust the structure(s) and then request review of the final draft by the City's <br /> <br /> senior management personnel. However, we propose a methodology for <br /> maintaining and updating the salary structure on an annual basis by using <br /> CASS. We are proud to present the City with a software product designed to <br /> service this need. <br /> <br /> The sol, yarc program is entitled Compensation Administration System <br /> Software and was written by WCO specifically to assist in thc <br /> implementation and management of compensation systems. This pr~prletary <br /> software has been designed to assist the user in combining their <br /> <br /> <br />
