Assistant <br />Ex- Officio Members Guest(s) <br />Present: Matt Frierson, Mayor Present: Anna Spencer <br />Sue Lancaster, <br />Paris City Council <br />Legal <br />Counsel: None <br />City Council <br />Liaison: Edwin Pickle <br />Stephen Grubbs called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. and welcomed those present. <br />Confirmed a quorum was present. <br />The Board convened into Executive Session at 1:32 p.m. Pursuant to Section 551.072 and <br />Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate on the following: <br />1. Pursuant to Section 551.072 — Real Property <br />2. Pursuant to Section 551.087 — Economic Development Negotiations <br />Don Wilson recused himself from HWH Discussion at 1:51 p.m. <br />Executive Session ended at 2:23 p.m. <br />The Board reconvened into open session. As a result of executive session discussion the <br />Board took no action <br />John Brockman made a motion to adjourn at 2:24 p.m.; seconded by Rebecca Clifford.
