compatible with airport operations; and that the use, if approved, is consistent with the <br />Goals and Objectives of this Ordinance. <br />As reasonably necessary to aid in the decision - making body's determination, the <br />applicant shall submit substantial evidence, including studies and reports prepared by <br />qualified professionals, to support the application for approval of said Special Use. <br />This may include, but is not limited to an FAA Form 7460 -1, bird strike studies, and <br />noise studies. <br />(4) Conditions Required to Achieve Compatibility <br />A use may be subject to applicable conditions in order to achieve compatibility within <br />the Cox Field Planned Development Airport Zoning District. A number entered with <br />the table entry refers to one or more conditions described in the last column of the <br />table titled "Conditions Required to Achieve Compatibility." For example, if a table <br />cell shows "CC -1" as the entry, the condition numbered "1" in the last table column <br />applies to that use in that zone. The decision - making body may consider approval of <br />the use if it complies with all stated conditions in Table I, but other additional <br />conditions may also be required based on consideration of the public health, welfare, <br />and safety. <br />(F) TABLE OF LAND USES ALLOWED <br />(1) Table of Land Uses Allowed in the Airport Land Use Compatibility Zones, which are <br />the subzones of the Cox Field Planned Development Airport Zoning District: The <br />following TABLE I- states the compatible, SUP, and incompatible uses in the five <br />airport land use compatibility zones, or subzones. <br />21 <br />
