Discuss and act on a Resolution accepting from the Federal Aviation Administration, a Surplus Property Release of 12.662 acres of land at Paris Cox Field Airport situated within the limit of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, part of the William Scott Survey #856, and being part of a called 1552.97 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of Paris by deed recorded in Vol. 308, Page 287, in the Deed Records. 17. Discuss and act on a Resolution declaring city -owned property as surplus, more specifically described as 12.662 acres of land at Paris Cox Field Airport situated within the limit of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, part of the William Scott Survey #856, and being part of a called 1552.97 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of Paris by deed recorded in Vol. 308, Page 287, in the Deed Records; and authority disposition of the surplus property in accordance with State and Local Law. 18.
