Assistant <br />Connie Beard, <br />The Paris News <br />Anna SpencerSue Lancaster, <br />Paris City Council <br />Louise Moseley <br />Chip Harper <br />Stephen Grubbs called the meeting to order at 4:00p.m., and welcomed those present. <br />Confirmed a quorum was present. <br />Approval of minutes from the October 14, 2014 regular meeting; October 23 and 27, 2014 <br />called meetings <br />Don Wilson made a motion to accept the Minutes as submitted for October 14, 2014; <br />seconded by John Brockman. Motion Carried 4 -0. <br />John Brockman made motion to accept the Minutes as submitted for October 23, 2014; <br />seconded by Don Wilson. Motion Carried 4 -0. <br />John Brockman made motion to accept the Minutes as submitted for October 27, 2014; <br />seconded by Don Wilson. Motion Carried 3 -0. Stephen Grubbs recused himself. <br />
