FINAL PLAT <br />DATE: January 6, 2015 <br />BACKGROUND: Campbell Soup Supply Company owns 10 different tracts of properties <br />located at 500 NW Loop 286. The area of the 10 combined tracts is 1,497.88 acres. The <br />majority of the property is not inside the city limits. The area that is in the city limits is zoned <br />Light Industrial (LI) and Heavy Industrial (HI). The power plant property is owned by Campbell <br />Soup and is zoned Heavy Industrial (HI). The Campbell Soup plant is zoned Light Industrial <br />(LI). The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat on a vote of 5 -0 on January <br />Stn <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: Campbell Soup is in the process of adding a new sewage pretreatment <br />building. The building is to be located on the west side of the main building. This final plat is <br />for 265.16 acres and encompasses the Campbell Soup plant and power plant. Campbell Soup is <br />final platting enough property to allow for future expansions. <br />BUDGET: N/A <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat. <br />
