Robert Talley stated that the structure had already come <br />before the Building and Standard Commission and had been bought by the <br />Harpers and they are trying to keep the structure historic and safe at the same <br />time. Robert will talk to the Harpers about securing the structure better. <br />(4). Johnny Norris asked about the trailer park at the 3200 block of Clarksville. <br />Robert Talley stated that the property looked better and that about 90% of the <br />vegetation has been removed. <br />5. Future agenda items <br />(1). Stephanie Harris and the Fire Chief asked if the Building and Standard <br />Commission would like for them to invite the new tax attorney to the January <br />meeting to explain his process. The Committee said they would love that. <br />(2.) There will be no meeting in December due to the holidays. <br />6. Adjournment <br />Motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Jon McFadden to adjourn <br />the meeting at 3:35pm.
