Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (January 5, 2015) <br />3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Paris Church of Christ for <br />a change in zoning from a Planned Development District (PD -a) which is a retail shopping <br />center in the Planned Development Zoning District to General Retail District (GR) on Lot <br />1, Block A, of the Paris Church of Christ Addition CB 296, being located at 3175 Lamar <br />Avenue. <br />4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Mike and Stephanie Hall <br />for a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to One - Family <br />Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) with a Specific Use Permit (39- Mobile Home) on Lot 1, <br />Block A, of the Hall Addition CB 154, being located at 1190 SW 19th Street. <br />5. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Paris Lakes Medical <br />Center, LLC for a change in zoning from Agricultural District (A) and a One - Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Planned Development District (PD -h) which is a <br />combination of any of the developments listed in a to g in the Planned Development <br />Zoning District on A524 J Leach Survey, Tract 19, being located at 2675 SE 41St Street. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Winn Addition <br />222B, located at 130 N.E. 25th Street. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Winn Addition 222B, <br />located at 130 N.E. 25' Street. <br />8. Discussion regarding a draft ordinance prohibiting storage, mini— storage, and /or <br />warehousing of products and/or material in any buildings not related to the function, <br />service, and/or use of any buildings in the Central Area Zoning District (CA). <br />9. Adjournment. <br />
