KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />MONDAY DECEMBER 1 2008 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, <br />December 1, 2008, was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Reeves Hayter. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Reeves Hayter, Chairman <br />Curtis Fendley, Vice - Chairman <br />Bill Harris <br />Richard Hunt, Secretary <br />Benny Plata <br />Brad Archer <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Darin Manning <br />C. Shawn Napier, City Engineer, was also present. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. Motion to approve the minutes <br />of the November 3, 2008, meeting was made by Brad Archer, seconded by <br />Curtis Fendley. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Brandon E. <br />Cox for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to an Agricultural <br />District (A) with a Specific Use Permit (20) Hospital, Convalescent Home, <br />Residence Home for the Aged on a 5.733 acre tract of land situated in the <br />Joshua Moore Survey,, Abstract No. 571 being located in the 100 Block of47"' <br />Street S.E. <br />WITHDRAWN <br />4. Public hearing and consideration of an action on the petition of Don Wilson <br />for a change in zoning from a Planned Development District (PD -a1) <br />Commercial Center /(PD -b) Housing Development or Community Unit <br />Development to a Planned Development District (PD -a1) Commercial Center <br />on Lots 13, 13-A, 13 -B, 13 -C, and 13 -D, City Block 259, being located in the <br />2800 Block of Pine Mill Road. <br />
