Motion was made by John Lee, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the petition. Motion carried 6 -0. 4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding a portion of the proposed Lake Crook Planned Development District ( LCPDD), all of which property is commonly known as Lake Crook, comprised of 3, 000 + /- acres of land, in addition to 1, 000 + /- acres of lake area, and said LCPDD is proposed to contain fourteen (14) sub - zones. This public hearing is for a portion of said fourteen subzones, known as sub -zone 1, the Resort Area, and comprised of approximately 33 7.3 acres. Public hearing was declared open. A. No one spoke in favor of the petition. B. No one spoke in opposition of the petition. Public hearing was declared closed. Motion was made by John Lee, seconded by Mike Folmar to approve the petition. Motion carried 6 -0. 5. Consideration of and action regarding approval of a Checklist for an Environmental Inventory and Evaluation. Alan Efrussy reviewed the Checklist for an Environmental Inventory and Evaluation with commissioners. Motion was made by Mike Folmar, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the Checklist for an Environmental Inventory and Evaluation. Motion carried 6 -0. 6 Consideration of and action on the Replat of Lots 6 -10, Block A, 79 Business Park, located in the 2400 Block of FM 79. Shawn Napier reviewed the replat plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the replat plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0. Motion was made by Jerry Akers, seconded by Mike Folmar to recuse Holland Harper from the meeting. Motion carried 5 -0. 7.
