No minutes available, will be available at January meeting. <br />Managers' Report, Matt Coyle for Cheri Bedford <br />o Brownfield Grant submitted Tuesday, December 5, 2012. Should hear back in April <br />2013 <br />o Grand Theatre tours conducted: December 8th 2012. 62 attended- Paul Denney and <br />Jill Drake helped with tours. $42 in donations collected. <br />o Structural Assessment of Grand Theatre complete- with the help of Paul Denney. <br />Roof, sidewalls assessed. Roof replacement coming. <br />o Dog Dash December 8, 2012 -10:00 a.m.: 73 entries $1700 will be donated to <br />Salvation Army and Lamar County Humane Association - divided $850 each. <br />o Wassail fest December 8th ; Gift Basket- Lauren Richardson <br />■ Wassail Miester -Paris Texas Pecan Company, Britin Bostick- Trophy <br />presented. <br />o Visual Merchandising; January 14th Design Committee will report more. <br />Committee reports: <br />Organization: Casey Ressler, met with Cheri about Downtown Paris Texas videos, and will discuss <br />future of videos, planning meeting in January. <br />Promotions: No report- Britin out of pocket <br />
