Webb I had a child that went through Paris Jr. College, and she didn't come home because she would be too close to her parents. And, that's the way it was, she didn't come home. Her parents were in her business too much. It was just too close, so she got a job in Denton Burgin You know, number one, people that are in my line of work, or work like I do, I am a trained firefighter. That is my focus, I am not a personnel oriented person. I know very little about it other than what I pick up and learn the hard way. That is what it is like, but have taken any and every suggestion that I can get my hands on, and go follow through on it, and try to do something with it. Someone mentioned several years ago about the Wylie College and places like that, and suggested that we contact and send letters to them asking to put our notices up. I have done that, but I did not know they had a job fair, I'm sorry, I didn't. Now, East Texas University, I was over there last year, and they said, we have a job fair coming up, and I said put me on you mailing list and just like that they started sending me a mailing list. So, that is how at my level you stumble into these things. Now this is a big group of people right here, and one of the other things that this group can do is, if anybody hears of an opportunity that they think might work, get it to the contact person, or who do we contact, or where is it. If you all get these notices when these job fairs are, if you know a contact person, we will get put on the mailing list, and then we will know about them too. If you hear something like that, hey Burgin, come on and go with us, I will be glad to. Gray That is why you need to recruit, hire somebody to just recruit to do this here. That is you all's responsibility. Haynes We don't have that many jobs to recruit. Gray I'm talking about for the city as a whole group. Burgin But, there is a lot of talent sitting in this room right now, and there is a whole lot of ears sitting in this room and one of us is going to hear something go on that may help.
